Conversion Flying Assistance
Trained abroad? We make your DGCA conversion smooth — from school selection to skill checks and RTR licensing.

Conversion Flying Assistance refers to the support and structured pathway provided to pilots who have obtained their flight training or licenses outside India and wish to convert them into licenses issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). This process is essential for pilots holding foreign licenses such as FAA, EASA, or other ICAO-compliant certifications, enabling them to legally operate aircraft under Indian regulations. Conversion assistance typically includes guidance on clearing DGCA theoretical examinations (covering subjects like Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulations, and Technical General), obtaining a valid Class 1 medical certificate in India, and ensuring all flying hours meet DGCA requirements. Additionally, candidates are required to undergo a skill test or check ride in India, along with RTR (Radio Telephony Restricted) licensing from the Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing. We offer end-to-end assistance, including documentation, license verification, exam preparation, and coordination for simulator or aircraft checks.
