Visa Assistance

Visa Assistance at SkyPrep is a specialized, country-specific support service designed to guide aspiring pilots through the exact visa pathways required for international flight training. Unlike generic consultation, SkyPrep focuses on the precise visa categories applicable to aviation programs, ensuring full compliance with both immigration requirements and future license conversion under the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). For training in the United States, SkyPrep provides end-to-end assistance for the M-1 (Vocational Student Visa)—the most relevant and widely used visa for standalone flight training programs. This visa is specifically designed for vocational education and requires enrollment in SEVP-approved flight schools. SkyPrep supports candidates through the entire process, including issuance of the I-20 form, SEVIS fee payment, DS-160 application, and structured visa interview preparation. For New Zealand, SkyPrep guides candidates through the Fee Paying Student Visa, the standard visa required for international students enrolling in full-time pilot training at Civil Aviation Authority-approved institutions. For South Africa, SkyPrep supports applicants in obtaining the Study Visa (Section 13 Study Permit) required for flight training at SACAA-approved academies.
